I have tried other alternatives for creamer in coffee, such as almond milk, cashew milk, and dates, but this is my favorite at home dairy-free coffee.
- Coconut Milk (I actually like to use coconut powdered milk)
- Black Pepper
On the stove top, heat a little water and mix in the coconut milk powder. Continuously stir until mixed and keep your eyes on the pot, don't walk away, it can boil over fast. Once mixed, reduce heat and continue to stir the milk.
In your cup, Add a 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric, a dash of honey, and a dash of allspice. Finish with a pinch of black pepper. Pour in hot coffee and stir. Once combined, add your coconut milk. Stir once again, until it is thoroughly mixed.
